Team Lead（Java & C++）

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of software development experience
• Experience on middle to large software projects.
• Team management experience, or lead a project/team to ship at least one successful project.
• Strong in struts, hibernate, spring, EJB and other frameworks or using C++ as the major programming language.
• Have a firm understanding of design methods and architectures.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions, applying insights from unrelated areas to new situations.
• Bachelors' degree in Computer Science preferred.
• Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in verbal and written English

Test Lead

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in managing a test team
• Ability to estimate work efforts and allocate tasks to team members Must be able to make adjustments to schedules and effort to accommodate project changes
• Ability to track project progress and effectively report status on a regular basis
• Must be able to interact with English speaking client, Reasonable oral English. Must have good written English grammar
• Must have proven familiarity various testing phases and methodologies.
• Must be able to write test plans.
• Must be able to understand and translate functional requirements/specifications into test cases.
• Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.
• Must be proficient with at least one programming language, eg. C++/C#, Java / other scripting language.
• Experience in writing automation scripts like Selenium / Rational Robot is a plus.
• SQL queries & stored procedures and XML is a plus.
• Knowledge of other Internet related technologies, web services and testing complex internet applications and services, esp J2EE is a plus.

Java Lead

Job Requirements

• Fluent in verbal and written English
• Have must 7+ years strong experience in Java developing
• Have must 6+ years experience in enterprise web application development, Proficient with Jsp, Servlet, JavaScript and Html
• Have must 5+ years team management experience on middle to large software projects
• Have must 5+ years familiar with at least one Java UI frameworks (JSF, Webwork, Tapestry, Struts)
• Have must 4+ years hibernate or other object-relational mapping framework
• Have must 4+ years familiar with Java business logic framework (Spring/EJB3)
• Have must 4+ years familiar with database (SQL / schema design), familiar with at least one DB(Oracle/Sql server/MySql)
• Have must 4+ years familiar with one application server(e.g. Tomcat / WebSphere / WebLogic)
• Have must 3+ years strong experience in OOAD, UML modeling and Object Oriented Design Patterns
• Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions, applying insights from unrelated areas to new situations
• Cross-Browser skills (e.g. CSS/DOM/Ajax) is desired
• Familiar with XML/JSON/Web Services and Ant/Maven is desired

Test Lead

• Must have 3+ years coding experience in C#, Java, C++, etc.
• 3+ years SQL queries & stored procedures and XML is a plus.
• Must have 3+ years proven familiarity various testing phases and methodologies and write test plans.
• Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills

• 3-5 years experience with implementing solutions with Java technologies including JSP, JDBC, JMS, EJB, Struts, JUnit, Ant, Web Services, JSF, Spring, Hibernate
• Familiar with Eclipse
• Experience with Design Patterns, UML,Rose, Visio, object-oriented analysis and design
• Hands on experience with persistence frameworks
• Have knowledage of Flex, BIRT, RAD(Rataional Application Development),MQ(Message Queue) Websphere
• Experience with solaris, AIX or Linux
